Bootcamp in Placerville, CA

Bootcamp

Rubicon's Bootcamp workouts are designed to help you reach your goals in a safe and dynamic group environment. Our Bootcamp workouts are pre designed and modified to each individual athlete in order to achieve the desired stimulus for the day. Unlike our Rubicon CrossFit class, Rubicon Bootcamp does not use a barbell and incorporates more odd objects like sandbags, tires, battle ropes, sleds, maces, kettlebells and dumbbells.

Personal Training

Rubicon's Personal Training options include 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 1 hour sessions. In a personal Training session athletes can choose to work on a specific gymnastic skills or maybe a specific weightlifting movement. Personal Training utilizes programming that is specific to the athletes needs in working on weaknesses, developing new skills and ultimately reaching your personal fitness goals.

Open Gym

Open gym time offers athletes a space to play and work on specific movement and mobility needs. We have a specific TV setup for ROMWOD for those looking to get in their daily mobility before of after a class. Open gym time is available whenever our classes are in session.
Nutrition Placerville, CA

Nutrition

Our Nutrition Program is very unique and is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”. The system is comprised of a two-phase approach. During Phase 1- you will meet with a nutritionist, determine your baseline, test biometrics, set goals and be set up with a customized plan. You will walk away with nutrition education and meal plans will give you a roadmap. After three months, you will graduate onto Phase II, where we will focus on accountability, ongoing support and treat your plan to see optimal results. Our Nutrition program combines behavioral change with accountability support to create habits that will last a lifetime.

Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our CrossHiit and CrossFit classes with the option to work with our in house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) coaches. Our quarterly 6-week challenges are a grea way kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.

Strength and Muscle Gain / Athletic Performance

Look no further than our CrossFit, Olympic lifting, power lifting classes. These will challenge you and help you become a stronger athlete both mentally and physically. We also offer all day open gym to allow you time to work on your own primary, accessory or sport specific programming.

50 & Over Fitness

If you’re an older athlete or looking to get back into working out after a long hiatus, you’re in good hands with us. Our On-Ramp classes will help you learn the basics and our staff is always happy to help you find options to scale movements up and down based on ability limitations. We’ll make sure you always get a safe and fun workout, regardless of where you are starting.
